Our matcha cake/muffin baking mix is gluten, grain, dairy, corn, and soy free, but full of flavor and satisfaction!
Sweetened with organic coconut sugar, we're sure you're going to satisfy that sweet tooth while bringing your mind to total peace.
This baking mix comes with the dry ingredients only, and it only takes less than 45 minutes to assemble and bake. It can be enjoyed as is, or for an extra dose of sweetness, top it off with your favorite vanilla or cream cheese icing!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HUNT FOR:
- 3 organic, pasture raised whole eggs
- 1/4 cup of neutral oil (avocado oil is our recommendation, but if you choose to use vegan butter, opt for the unsalted version)
- 1/4 cup of water, milk, or milk alternative
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
